Nick joined Presidio in 2023. He is based out of the Denver office with a primary focus in AutoTech Services.
Nick fulfills a leading role coordinating and supporting business development and transaction execution activities. His responsibilities include coordination with clients, investors and third-parties, preparation of go-to-market materials, supporting the marketing process, closing coordination and post-closing matters.
Prior to joining Presidio, Nick served as an investment banker at Union Square Advisors working in both sell-side M&A advisory and capital raising advisory. His background is mainly in lower middle-market technology firms with direct deal experience in FinTech, Industrial AI, and Blockchain. Prior to investment banking, Nick had 4 years of experience in valuations and corporate finance.
Nick graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Economics in 2016 and earned his Masters of Finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2020.
