In his role as managing director, Alex focuses on Presidio’s dealership mergers and acquisitions business, working closely with dealers on transactions and portfolio management strategies.
Alex brings more than a decade of experience working with dealers and investors on strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and portfolio management decisions. Prior to joining Presidio, he served as Director of Corporate Development at Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: ABG), one of the nation’s largest publicly traded automotive retailers. During his tenure, he played a key role in the company’s acquisition strategy, real estate initiatives, manufacturer relations, and other strategic growth efforts, helping support the continued expansion of the organization.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Lorica Equity Partners.
Alex earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University.
