As Principal in Presidio’s Autotech Services business, Matt focuses on helping automotive technology and services companies evaluate strategic options, execute transactions and advance their long-term growth plans.
Based in the New York metro area, Matt is a senior investment banking professional with more than 10 years of experience primarily advising middle-market software, information services and tech-enabled services companies on M&A and capital raising. He has held director-level roles at BrightTower and TD Cowen and earlier built his investment banking career at Portico Capital and Barclays.
Matt has advised on a number of notable auto tech transactions, including the sale of TSD Mobility Solutions to Reynolds and Reynolds, the merger of AutoPay with RateGenius and a strategic investment in Impel from Silversmith Capital Partners. Over the course of Matt’s career, his software and data M&A and private capital transactions represent over $1 billion of proceeds raised and more than $2.5 billion in enterprise value.
Matt earned his M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and his B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
