Haakon joined Presidio in August 2025. He is based out of the Denver office with a primary focus in AutoTech Services.
Haakon supports the deal teams with necessary day-to-day responsibilities. His responsibilities include the primary creation of marketing and deal execution material, forecasting/modeling, research, coordination of due diligence materials and general deal execution administration.
Prior to joining Presidio, Haakon served as an investment banker at Menalto Advisors working in both sell-side M&A advisory and capital raising advisory. He has primarily worked with lower middle-market technology companies, with direct transaction experience in SaaS, HR Tech, PropTech, and FinTech. Prior to investment banking, Haakon had experience in private equity and project finance.
Haakon graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of the Pacific in 2024 with a B.S. in Econometrics.
