About Rich

Rich joined Presidio in 2023 and is focused on M&A and principal investing in the automotive retail sector.

Rich has over 25 years of automotive technology experience leading corporate strategy, business development, M&A, sales, supply chain, and operational P&L teams delivering breakthrough industry solutions while driving significant financial growth.

He has served in leadership positions for J.D. Power, Ford Motor Company, Microsoft and most recently founded True North Enterprises, an independent advisory firm focused on M&A and business development in the automotive technology sector. Rich has extensive experience working with private equity, investment banks, company founders and has been elected to the Board of Directors for Urban Science and Pursuit Alert.

Rich began his career at Jabil Circuit and earned his B.S. in Material Logistics Management from Central Michigan University and his MBA from Florida Metropolitan University.

Rich resides in Michigan with his wife and 5 children.
