About Doug

Doug joined Presidio in 2014. He is responsible for building financial models for Presidio clients, compiling due diligence documentation and interface with buyers, and on-site coordination for transaction closing.

Before joining Presidio, Doug was the West Region Chief Financial Officer for all Group 1 Automotive (NYSE: GPI) California dealerships, where he managed the financial and administrative support organization. He completed the acquisition of two high-volume Mercedes-Benz dealerships, one Toyota and one Honda dealership. Doug was responsible for all accounting functions for Group 1’s West Region dealerships and worked with general managers on performance evaluations, improvement opportunities, capex, and budget.

Prior to Group 1 Automotive he was a vice president and CFO for the Miller Automotive Group, a private dealer group with Japanese franchises in Southern California. Doug began his career at accounting firm Arthur Young & Co.

Doug is a CPA and earned his B.S. in accounting from the University of Southern California.
