Alex joined The Presidio Group in 2019. He is responsible for managing the end-to-end client engagement process including forecasting/modeling, development of client offering materials, marketing process, legal and real estate due diligence, pre-closing coordination, integration, and post-closing matters.
His 9 years of experience in the automotive retail industry includes M&A, real estate, construction, and technology on all sides of the transaction – buyer, seller, and client advisory. He is also experienced in manufacturer relations and non-traditional consulting engagements such as the development of open point materials, dealer application and pro-forma processes, and manufacturer image compliance initiatives.
Prior to joining Presidio, Alex served as Director of Corporate Development of Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: ABG) the 7th largest U.S. based franchised auto retailer where he also gained experience in capex management, strategic planning, and real estate portfolio management.
Alex began his career at Lorica Equity Partners, LLC and earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. He also has a 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60 he enjoys restoring with his family.
